The Recycling Programme

In partnership with 3rd party recycling companies, Mitsubishi Electric has developed a recycling programme for end-of-life air-conditioning units and PV modules.

Mitsubishi Electric recognise the need for an effective and fully managed recovery and recycling process at end-of-life for our product range.  This ensures product disposal and recycling in an effective and environmentally friendly manner.  Mitsubishi Electric’s photovoltaic modules have an operating life of 25 years or more.  At end-of-life our customers can feel secure in the knowledge that in partnership with PV Cycle we can offer a take back and recycling service that offers environmental benefits and limits customer inconvenience while being free of charge*.

*Facilities for receiving de-commissioned systems of less than 30 to 40 modules.

Systems greater than 30 to 40 modules can be collected subject to PV Cycles prevailing terms and conditions at the time of collection.
